اثر النشاط السياحي على سعر صرف الجنيه السوداني (خلال الفترة 1991- 2016م) د. أسامة حسين محمد يوسف كبر يهدف هذه البحث إلى إبراز الدور الذي يلعبه النشاط السياحي على سعر صرف الجنيه السوداني، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في ما هو أثر قطاع السياحة على سعر الصرف في السودان. وكانت أهمية البحث في إن السياحة تساهم بقدر كبير في تنمية موارد الدولة المالية سواء مباشر أو غير مباشر. يتمثل أهداف البحث في إبراز التأثير الحقيقي للنشاط السياحي في سعر الصرف، وتنمية الموارد المالية للاقتصاد والوطني . والتعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه السياحة في السودان. وتتمثل فرضية البحث في وجود علاقة عكسية بين وزيادة النشاط السياحي وزيادة قيمة العملة الوطنية , تم استخدام القياسي، وذلك بواسطة استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائيةEviews) ) و تم الحصول على البيانات والمعلومات من مصادر أولية ومواقع الانترنت والمتمثلة في النشاط السياحة وسعر الصرف من وزارة السياحة و تقارير بنك السودان المركزي وثبت أن هنالك علاقة عكسية بين النشاط السياحي و سعر صرف الجنيه السوداني وأن هذه العلاقة تؤدى إلى توازن بعد خمسة سنوات.و يوصي البحث العمل على توحيد قاعدة البيانات السياحة وربطها بجهة واحدة لتسهيل أجرار الدراسات حول تطور و تنافسية السياحة وأثرها على الاقتصاد الوطني , استمرار دعم السياحة في السودان على نحو يؤهلها لتكون من أهم الانشطة الاقتصادية الموفرة لفرص العمل , وذلك من خلال تطبيق سياسات تستقطب و تؤهل الأيدي العاملة المحلية و إحلالها بدل العمالة الأجنبية في النشاط السياحي , لابد من و ضع الخطط إستراتيجية و قوانين يجب تنفيذها في المستقبل من أجل حماية هذا النشاط. Abstract This research aims to highlight the role played by tourism activity on the exchange rate of the Sudanese pound, and the research problem was represented in what is the impact of the tourism sector on the exchange rate in Sudan. The importance of the research was that tourism contributes greatly to the development of the state's financial resources, whether directly or indirectly. The objectives of the research are to highlight the real impact of tourism activity on the exchange rate, and the development of financial resources for the economy and the national economy. And to identify the problems facing tourism in Sudan. The hypothesis of the research is that there is an inverse relationship between the increase in tourism activity and the increase in the value of the national currency, the standard was used, by using the statistical package program (Eviews)), and data and information were obtained from primary sources and websites represented in tourism activity and the exchange rate from the Ministry of Tourism and reports The Central Bank of Sudan and it has been proven that there is an inverse relationship between tourism activity and the Sudanese pound exchange rate and that this relationship leads to a balance after five years. , Continuing support for tourism in Sudan in a way that qualifies it to be one of the most important economic activities that provide job opportunities, through the application of policies that attract and qualify local labor and replace it with foreign labor in tourism activity. It is necessary to develop strategic plans and laws that must be implemented in the future In order to protect this activity.

كفاءة الإستثمار في القطاع الخيري بالمملكة العربية السعودية: دراسة حالة منطقة مكة المكرمة أ. د. حسن محمد أحمد محمد مختار; خالد سعيد علي آل ابو رامي الشهراني يركز البحث على دراسة كفاءة الإستثمار في القطاع الخيري من وجهة نظر المستثمرين والمهتمين والعاملين بالقطاع الخيريّ بالمملكة العربية السعودية، تتمثل مشكلة البحث في سيادة الاعتقاد التقليدي السائد في أوساط المستثمرين التقليديين بعدم جدوى الاستثمار في القطاع الخيريّ، يهدف البحث لقياس كفاءة الاستثمار في القطاع الخيري. يتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي اعتمادا على أسلوب دراسة الحالة، وقد تم اختيار منطقة مكة المكرمة كممثل لحالة البحث. اعتمد البحث على مجموعة من الفرضيات أهمها: توجد علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاستثمار في القطاع الخيري وزيادة كفاءة القطاع الخيري. خرج البحث بمجموعة من النتائج أهمها: يعتقد المستثمرون والمهتمون والعاملون بالقطاع الخيري بكفاءة الاستثمار في القطاع الخيري، توجد علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاستثمار في القطاع الخيري وزيادة كفاءة القطاع الخيري. قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: تشجيع أفراد المجتمع من أفراد ومؤسسات ورجال أعمال للاستثمار مع القطاع الخيري في منطقة مكة المكرمة بشكل خاص وعلى مستوى المملكة العربية السعودية بشكل عام، وذلك من خلال منح المزايا التشجيعية وزيادة الوعي بين المتعاملين مع القطاع الخيري بأهمية الاستثمار مع هذا القطاع وفق الأسس التجارية. الكلمات المفتاحية: القطاع الخيري – الكفاءة – الإستثمار. Abstract The study dealt with the efficiency of investment in the charitable sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the viewpoint of the all interesting sectors. The study highlighting the problem of dominating beliefs held by traditional investors on infeasibility of investing with the charitable sector, thus, the main objective of this study is to assess the efficiency of investment in the charitable sector. The study is descriptive and analytical in nature, the case study method was adopted for the purpose of this study, Makkah Elmukaramah District is selected for representing the case of this study. The study based on a pivot hypothesis as that: there is a statistical relationship between investment in charitable sector and the efficiency of the charitable sector. The study comes out with many results, the most interesting is: there is a statistical relationship between investment in charitable sector and the efficiency of the charitable sector. The study address many of reasonable recommendations, the most important are: encourage private enterprises and individuals to invest with charitable sectors through provision of rewards, increase awareness within sector’s dealers on the importance of investment with this sector on commercial bases.

التضخم واثره على الأداء المالي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالسودان (بالتطبيق على كلية الشرق الأهلية – جامعة كسلا) د. مزمل عوض الكريم أحمد عثمان; د. محمد عمر المبارك عبدالكريم; د. سوزان عبدالله الفضل مختار تناولت الدراسة التضخم واثره على الأداء المالي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالسودان بالتطبيق علي قطاع الجامعات والكليات في مدينة كسلا ، تمثلت مشكلة البحث ، هل للتضخم تأثير مباشر علي الأداء المالي في الجامعات والكليات ، ما مدي تأثر الأداء المالي بالتضخم ، وهدفت الدراسة الي ، بيان اثر التضخم في استمرارية مؤسسات التعليم العالي بيان مدي أهمية الأداء المالي كمصدر للقرارات وتشمل فروض البحث ، التضخم له اثر سلبي على الإيرادات بالجامعات والكليات بالسودان ، التضخم له اثر سلبي على المصرفات بالجامعات والكليات بالسودان ، تجاهل التضخم يؤدي الى عدم استمرارية الجامعات والكليات بالسودان ، اتبعت الدراسة المناهج الاتية المنهج التاريخي لعرض الدراسات السابقة ، والاستنباطي في صياغة المشكلة وصياغة الفرضيات ، التحليلي الإحصائي لتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات ، من أهم النتائج التي تحصل عليها الباحث ما يلي : يؤدي التضخم الى هجرة الكادر البشري من الجامعات والكليات بالسودان ، انعكس التضخم على ضعف اقبال الطلاب بسبب ارتفاع تكاليف الرسوم الدراسية بالجامعات والكليات بالسودان ، من أهم توصيات الدراسة: يؤثر التضخم في قرار استمرارية وتصفية وتجميد بعض التخصصات والاقسام ذات التكاليف التشغيلية العالية بالجامعات والكليات بالسودان ، نوصي ببيان اثر التضخم في استمرارية مؤسسات التعليم العالي . Abstract The study focuses its research on the universities and colleges in Kassala city. The study's problem is represented in a question; Does the inflation have a direct impact on the financial performance of the universities and colleges?, and to what extend does the financial performance' s impact on inflation. The study aims at declaring the inflation's impact on high education institutes' continuity, and to present how important the financial declaration as a source of decisions. The research hypotheses shows that the inflation has a negative reaction on revenues of the Sudanese universities and colleges. Inflation has a great influence on expenditure of the Sudanese universities and faculties. Ignoring inflation leads to discontinuation of Sudanese universities and faculties. The information of the study is collected from the previous studies related to the topic. In the practical framework, the study has used the exploration and dedication methods, beside paraphrasing the problem and choosing hypotheses، the most important results are; Inflation lead to weakening the other investments revenues because of the long plans bids of the Sudanese universities, Inflation effect on the reservation of the Sudanese community's colleges, Inflation lead to inaccurate predictions and planning in the incomes of the Sudanese universities, Inflation causes the human cadres to emigrate from the Sudanese universities, Inflation causes many students to stop learning because of the bad economic circumstances, Inflation causes quality of learning become lower because of the human migration of the Sudanese universities. Inflation affect in financial decisions of the Sudanese universities, Inflation causes salaries to be high at the Sudanese universities, Inflation affect in distributing benefits which won't encourage investments in the Sudanese universities and Inflation raises learning fees costs of the, to make annual budgets along with inflation phenomena to put on account to avoid closing universities.
