<title>Factors Affecting Productivity in Sudan During the Period (1970-2019)</title>

<description>Factors Affecting Productivity in Sudan During the Period (1970-2019)
Professor/ Khalafallah Ahmed Mohamed Arabi; Professor/ Salah Mohamed Ibrahim Ahmed; Ms. Mawada Mustafa Yousef
The study aimed to identify the factors affecting productivity in Sudan and analyze the nature of this relationship. The study assumed that human capital, labor growth, the general price level, and previous productivity have a direct impact on overall productivity. Data has been gathered from the Penn World Tables. We estimated three models: OLS, GMM single equation, and GMM system of equations. The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between labor growth and productivity, indicating a labor-intensive workforce in Sudan similar to other developing countries. The study recommended that there should be a focus on sustainable investment in education and training and the adoption of operational policies that ensure a balance between the growth of workers and the development of their efficiency for the continuity of productivity

<title>The Islamic invitation style of a believer from the people of Yassin and its impact on the call for Islam as in the Quran chapter of Yassin</title>

<description>The Islamic invitation style of a believer from the people of Yassin and its impact on the call for Islam as in the Quran chapter of Yassin
د. عبد اللّطيف أحمد يعقوب محمّد
The present research discusses the story of the believer from Yasin Family. It is a story that teaches how one steadily supports what is right. It is a model of an ideal preacher who was faithful and fearless in his belief as a typical preacher is required to be. The call for monotheism is the greatest human deed indeed and it is a must for all. However, people are different in that but Allah glorifies those who are fearless to tell the truth.&#13;
&#13;
      Our Islamic invitation today is need of such example whom Allah recorded his dialogue in the holy Quran so that Muslims can learn a lesson along course of time and be enlightened by its lights in the invitation for almighty Allah. The most important findings of the study are as follow; &#13;
&#13;
- Faithful invitation results in the success of the inviter and the acceptance of his invitation.                                                            &#13;
&#13;
- Keenness to guide others to the right path is an evidence of strong faith and principles whatever the circumstances and conditions are.&#13;
&#13;
- Collective rejection of the truth is dangerous.                               &#13;
&#13;
- Importance of supporting reformers.                                              &#13;
&#13;
Based on the above findings, the following recommendations are forwarded;&#13;
&#13;
1/ all people must support the faithful reformers to confront non-believers.&#13;
&#13;
2/ the community must be more united and cooperative so as to diffuse good values and support the truth, eliminate disputes and be keen to guide people to the right path.                                      &#13;
&#13;
Last but not least we are very grateful to Allah the lord of the whole world.   &#13;

<title>The Quality of Internal Auditing and Its Role in Rationalising Financial Decisions (A Field Study on A Sample of Banks in Sudan)</title>

<description>The Quality of Internal Auditing and Its Role in Rationalising Financial Decisions (A Field Study on A Sample of Banks in Sudan)
د. ياسر تاج السر محمد سند; إسراء معاوية إسماعيل ميرغني
The study aimed to test the role of internal audit quality in rationalising financial decisions (investment and financing) in banks in Sudan. The problem addressed in the study was the low efficiency of these decisions, as reflected in the credit crisis and liquidity crisis suffered by the banking sector, with negative indicators such as an increase in non-performing loans and a decline in return on investment. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach. The results showed a statistically significant positive relationship between the quality of internal auditing and both the rationalisation of investment decisions (through investment analysis and risk assessment) and the rationalisation of financing decisions (through the provision of accurate and reliable reports). The study recommends supporting the internal audit function with advanced risk analysis mechanisms and strengthening its systems to provide high-quality data, thereby contributing to improved financial decision-making.&#13;

<title>Improving the Efficiency of Medical Processes Using Process Mining Techniques</title>

<description>Improving the Efficiency of Medical Processes Using Process Mining Techniques
مازن محمد إبراهيم السيد; د. الطيب السماني عبد الجبار
This applied paper operationalizes the theoretical framework of process mining in healthcare by embedding it into a real appointment-scheduling system. A production-oriented prototype was built using Laravel Framework and MySQL with an Arabic-first UI to capture every relevant event in the appointment journey (create, check-in, start service, end service, cancel, reschedule). The logs were transformed into XES and analyzed using discovery, conformance, and performance perspectives. The application focused on key operational indicators: waiting time, service time, idle time, no-show rate, and doctor utilization. A before/after evaluation showed a reduction in average waiting time, improved resource utilization, and a lower no-show rate after activating dashboards and deviation alerts. These findings are consistent with the healthcare process-mining literature (van der Aalst, 2016) (Muñoz-Gama et al., 2022) (Rojas et al., 2016).
