التحديات والمهددات التي تواجه الاقتصاد السوداني بعد الإنفصال

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة الأثار المترتبة عن إنفصال دولة جنوب السودان وما خلفته من أزمة إقتصادية وتوترات قبلية وإنفلاتات أمنية وتأزم في الأوضاع السياسية ومشكلات حدودية وضغوط دولية وتعقيدات إقتصادية متمثلة في شح النقد الأجنبي وإرتفاع الأسعار والغلاء الطاحن والفقر والبطالة وتراجع معدلات النمو الاقتصادي بتدني الدخل القومي الحقيقي وإنخفاض معدلات الناتج المحلي الاجمالي وتدني متوسط دخل الفرد وظهور ظواهر اقتصادية سالبة كالكساد والبطالة وارتفاع نسبة التضخم وإنخفاض سعر صرف قيمة العملة المحلية مقابل الدولار وظهور الحلقة المفرغة للفقر والعوز وسوء الاوضاع الاقتصادية وكل ذلك مرده لمألات تدني وضعف الايرادات العامة للدولة بسبب الانفصال وفقدان نسبة كبيرة تتجاوز ثلثي عائدات صادرات البترول التي تغذي الخزينة العامة.

Abstract : This study aims to determine the implications of the separation of the State of South Sudan and the legacy of the economic crisis and tensions tribal Anfelataat security and worsen the political situation and the problems of border and international pressures and complexities of the economic represented by the scarcity of foreign exchange and rising prices and high cost of living in grinding poverty and unemployment and declining rates of economic growth, the decline in real national income and low rates of GDP and low per capita income and the emergence of economic phenomena negative Kalexad , unemployment and high rate of inflation and exchange rate depreciation of the value of the local currency against the dollar and the emergence of the vicious cycle of poverty and destitution and poor economic conditions, and all this is due to Malate low and weak overall revenues of the state because of separation and loss of a large proportion exceed two-thirds of revenues oil exports that feed the public treasury .
