أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية في إدارة الأزمات بالتطبيق على مصنع سكر عسلاية-2015 م

Abstract

يهدف البحث بصورة رئيسية الى التعرف على اثر نظم المعلومات الادارية فى ادارة الازمات على اداء واستمرارية منظمات الاعمال. تتركز مشكلة البحث على عدم اهتمام منظمات الاعمال بنظم المعلومات الادارية فى ادارة الازمات بها مما ينعكس سلبا على قوة العمل و استمرارية المنظمة والمنافسة و على نتائج الاعمال و الاداء بها. من اهم النتائج التى توصلت اليها الدراسة: هناك درجة متوسطة لتوافر نظم المعلومات الادارية بمصانع السكر. عدم وجود نظام لادارة الازمات بالمصنع مما ينعكس ذلك سلبا على حل الازمات التى يمر بها المصنع.اهم المقترحات و التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: لابد من عمل ادارة لنظم المعلومات الادارية ضمن الهيكل التنظيمى للمصنع . زيادة الاهتمام والوعى من خلال التدريب على اهمية نظم المعلومات الادارة باعتبارها من الانظمة التى تدعم المصنع فى مواجهة الازمات التى تهدد بقاءه واستمراره والاداء بصورة عامة . كلمات مفتاحية : نظم المعلومات الإدارية , إدارة الأزمات. الكفاءة. الفعالية. الإنتاجية . وقت الإنجاز. القيمة . النتائج. Abstract: The study aims to identify the impact of management information systems in crisis management on the performance and continuity of business organizations. The research problem is focused on the lack of interest of business organizations in management information systems in crisis management, which negatively affects the work force, the continuity of the organization, competition, business results and performance. Among the most important findings of the study: There is a medium degree of availability of management information systems in sugar factories. The lack of a crisis management system in the factory, which reflects negatively on solving the crises that the factory is going through.
