المستخلص
هدف البحث إلى معرفة أثر الإنفاق العام على النشاط الاقتصادي (الناتج المحلي الإجمالي) في السودان في الفترة (1995-2012). استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وذلك باستخدام برنامج (Eviews ) كأداة لتحليل البيانات، توصل البحث إلى النتائج المهمة الآتية: أن هنالك أثر ايجابي للإنفاق العام على النشاط الاقتصادي في السودان، خلال فترة الدراسة والتي خلالها أثر العجز المستمر للميزانية على الأنشطة الاقتصادية المختلفة والخدمات الأساسية. وقد توصل البحث إلى التوصيات المهمة التالية: ينبغي على السلطات زيادة الإنفاق العام وضبطه بطريقة يتناسب فيها مع الإيراد العام حتى لا يكون هنالك عجزاً كبيراً يؤثر سلباً على النشاط الاقتصادي في السودان. إضافة إلى ضرورة إنتقاء السياسة المالية الملائمة وتطبيقها ، خاصة في جانب الإنفاق الحكومي على القطاعات الاقتصادية ذات المردود الاقتصادي العالي والتي تدعم بدورها النشاط الاقتصادي.
Abstract:
The research aimed at identifying the effects of Public expenditure on economic activity (Gross Domestic Product) during the period (1995 – 2012). The research used descriptive and analytical method. Using Eviews package as main tool of data analysis. The study reached the following results: There was positive effect of Public expenditure on economic activity during the study period during which, continuous budget deficit affect various economic activities and basic services. The main recommendations were that: Authorities should increase Public expenditure and control it in order to commensurate with Public revenues, so that there would not be a large deficit that affect negatively the economic activity in Sudan. In addition to selecting of appropriate fiscal policy, focusing on Public expenditure devoted for economic sectors with high economic returns, which in turn support the economic activity.
