اثر سياسة النقد الأجنبي على المستوى العام للاسعار

Abstract

لعبت سياسات النقد الأجنبي في السودان دوراً مهماً ومؤثراً على النشاط الاقتصادي عامة والجهاز المصرفي بصفة خاصة إلى جانب المصارف في سوق النقد الأجنبي حيث تمثل هذا الدور في جذب النقد الأجنبي والمساهمة في تلبية الاحتياجات المحلية من العملات الأجنبية وتهدف الدراسة إلى التعريف بأثر سياسة النقد الأجنبي ودوره في المستويات العامة للأسعار في السودان وفي رسم وتنفيذ السياسات وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة عدم توفر النقد الأجنبي بالقدر الذي يساعد على الوفاء بالالتزامات ويساعد على استقرار قيمة العملة المحلية مما ينعكس بدوره على مستويات الأسعار بالسودان. وقد انتهجت الدراسة كل من المنهج الاستنباطي والاستقرائي والتحليلي ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث : السلع الغذائية (الحبوب , السكر, الزيوت النباتية ,الألبان ومنتجاتها)اعتماد السودان على استيراد هذه السلع يتطلب توفير قدر من النقد الأجنبي الأمر الذي ينعكس على ارتفاع الأسعار في السودان .ومن أهم التوصيات : يجب بذل جهد حقيقي لتنشيط الصادرات والعمل على الإصلاح الهيكلي للاقتصاد وزيادة الإنتاج والإنتاجية والجودة للمنافسة الحرة في الأسواق العالمية .

The study aims to identify the impact offoreign Cashpoliciesand itsrole in general price level in Sudan and in drawing implementing policies. The problem of the study liesin the lack offoreign Cash to the, that helps to meet the obligations andhelps to stabilize local currency. Cycle which is reflected on the pricelevel in Sudan. The study was conducted (inductive and deductive andanalysis) approach so the most important finding of the researcher; food commodities (sugar,vegetable, oils and dairy products). Andthe adoption of Sudan on the important of these goods. It requires that your provide measure of foreign Cash and which is reflected on higher pricesin Sudan and the most important recommendation : you must make a real effort to stimulate the exports and to work on structural reform of the economy and Production and producing Increase , quality for free completion in international markets .
