التحليل المكاني للخدمات الصحية في ولاية كسلا

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع التحليل المكاني للخدمات الصحية في ولاية كسلا ومحلياتها.الهدف الرئيس لهذه الدراسة هو تحليل واقع التوزيع المكاني للخدمات الصحية و مدي كفاءتها وملاءمتها لمعايير التخطيط المكاني التي تلبي حاجات المجتمع المحلي في ولاية كسلا. وإتبعت الدراسة في منهجيتها المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي بالإرتكاز علي نتائج المسح الميداني الشامل للخدمات الصحية العامة بالمستشفيات والمراكز الصحية والصيدليات في منطقة الدراسة ، بالإضافة إلي المخطط الهيكلي لمنطقة الدراسة كأساس في تعيين المحليات وتوزع السكان والمؤسسات الصحية عليها . أظهرت نتائج التحليل أن الخدمات الصحية الأولية ، تعاني من سوء التوزيع وعدم كفايتها ، مما يسبب ضغط علي الخدمة ويؤثر سلباً فى الصحي للسكان. وأوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات ، كان أهمها إنشاء مستشفي عام في كل محلية في منطقة الدراسة ، لتخفيف ضغط الخدمة . كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل علي تطوير هذه المؤسسات من النواحي العمرانية والإدارية وحاجات البشرية والتجهيزات الطبية الفنية لتخفيف الضغط علي هذه المؤسسات وتقديم خدمة أفضل للمواطن . كما أوصت الدراسة بتطوير قاعدة البيانات المتعلقة بالمؤسسات الصحية لدي وزارة الصحة لتسهيل المتابعة والإشراف والتخطيط حيث إن الأرشيف الموجود حالياً تقليدي ولا يحقق الحد الأدني المطلوب للتخطيط المستقبلي . وكذلك وجوب إنشاء وحدة إدارة مكانية تابعة لدائرة التخطيط الصحي في وزارة الصحة السودانية لتعمل علي جمع المعلومات وإنشاء قاعدة بيانات مكانية للخدمات الصحية في ولاية كسلا ، لتكون بمثابة ركائز للخطة الصحية الوطنية السودانية القادمة . Abstract This study was to address the issue of spatial analysis of health services in kassala state , The main objective of this study is to analyze the current spatial distribution of health services and their suitability for spatial planning standards that meets the needs of the community in the kassala state . The methodology of study followed the descriptive and analytical approach based on the results of the results of a comprehensive field survey carried out by author for public health services , hospital and health centers , including the health center and pharmacies in the study area , in addition to the current structural plan of the city’s a basis to identify planning areas , and calculating the area and the population distribution .The result of the analysis showed that health services, especially with regard to primary health care centers and pharmacies in the study area suffer from poor and inadequate distribution , causing pressure on the service and adversely affect the level of health of the population . The study recommended a number of recommendations , the most important was the establishment of a general hospital in the region , since the existing governmental general hospital in kassala state is the only hospital in the governorate of kassala state , which is not subject to horizontal expansion in accordance with the planning standards and suffering from the pressure of service by up to approximately twice the currently available capabilities . In addition , the study recommended the necessity of the development of these centers in terms of their physical , administrative , human needs , and technical and medical equipment to ease pressure on the centers and provide better service to citizens. Finally , the study recommended the development of the database in the Ministry of Health in order to facilitate follow – up, supervision and planning . where the existing archive is primitive and dose not achieve the minimum required level for future planning .
