Abstract:
The research aimed to identify how judicial review methods affect financial and administrative corruption, and to identify the impact of judicial review procedures in reducing financial and administrative corruption. To achieve the research objectives, the following hypothesis was tested: "There is a statistically significant relationship between judicial review and financial and administrative corruption." The research employed deductive, inductive, descriptive-analytical, and historical methodologies. The research reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: a direct correlation between judicial review methods and financial and administrative corruption; and a direct correlation between judicial review procedures and financial and administrative corruption. The research recommended the necessity of adhering to procedures for investigating individuals and processes suspected of illegality in order to obtain evidence, and the necessity of enhancing awareness and education about the importance of judicial review and the advantages of using it in various fields in order to reduce financial and administrative corruption.
